Performed inspections, both pre-purchase and investigative, of residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial properties; provided expert opinions on problems related to building code interpretations, construction problems and failures, and residential construction problems; have appeared before numerous local Planning Boards, Zoning Boards, and Construction Boards of Appeal in support of client’s needs on residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects; have provided expert testimony for both plaintiff and defendant matters, while maintaining an active consulting engineering and design practice.
